This document constitutes a Request for Qualifications for firms interested in the design and implementation of a comprehensive Custodial Management Plan for Gresham-Barlow School District (GBSD). Click here for RFQ
Mandatory Pre-Submission Conference 3/11/2014 from 1 – 2 p.m. at the GBSD Facilities Office, located at 2020 SE Fleming Avenue in Gresham, OR.
Sealed Qualification Documents will be received until 2 p.m. on 3/31/2014.

Email and faxed documents will not be accepted. Late submissions will be returned unopened.
We are pleased to announce that we are introducing a new process for tracking our after-hours facility usage. You will no longer need to turn in a paper form to your school secretary! Effective March 1, 2014 we will be using a web accessible software application called FSDirect. The software can be accessed from any device with web browsing capabilities, for any location! This includes from your school, or your smartphone, or even from home. You can fill out the room or facility you would like to use as well as the date times and other pertinent information. Your request will route electronically through the approval process and you will receive email updates about the status of your request.
By introducing this new process we will be able to reduce the amount of time it takes to process requests by making the process electronic. FSDirect will allow us to make each site's after hours event calendar more readily available.
We will also be using a public calendar of events entered into FSDirect called CommunityUse. The link for the calendar is on the district's Facilities Department web site and allows pre-approved community members to request use of space. (Click here to access the calendar)
